Drivers of digitization since 2004
For more than 17 years we have been supporting our customers in the electronics industry with experience, advice and value-added services. Our strengths are in the area of printed circuits, electronic components and the entire spectrum of electromechanics.
Whether in the design phase of the project, introducing Design-to-Cost optimizations, or with the acquisition of components, we offer comprehensive or 360 support to our clients that range from advisory services in the development of electronic products to logistics and inventory services through our network, from simple relays to the most innovative semiconductors.
With the acquisition of HIRO in early 2021 by the new management, we have completely renewed, significantly expanded and optimized our service portfolio.
What sets us apart
As an SME, we understand the importance of a personal and close relationship. The quality of our customer service and key account manager is one of our best arguments. Therefore, at HIRO, every customer has a personal contact person/key account manager who knows their individual needs.
When it comes to the acquisition and availability of components, we are independent of manufacturers and the market, thus being able to act with flexibility and agility in situations of lack of supply, urgency or shortage.
